Andreas Christoforides
MRICS, MSc, MA, BA
Andreas is an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor, with a solid track record in property transactions, valuations and real estate feasibility and highest & best use studies. He also provides in-depth market research on commercial, residential and mixed use real estate trends in Cyprus through the use of a leading proprietary property technology platform.
His expertise includes real estate portfolio assessments, investment appraisals, due diligence reports and large real estate project valuations. Andreas has been a real estate advisor to many international firms including banks, auditing firms, real estate developers and large family offices. Over his career, Andreas has been an advisor for €5 billion worth of assets in Cyprus.
Andreas holds a B.A. in Business & Finance, an M.A. in Property Valuation & Law, and a M.Sc. in Finance.
Panikos Teklos
CISI, MSc,BSc
Panikos is an international financial and business advisor with a proven track record in M&A transactions, bespoke valuations and feasibility studies, macro research, asset management and investment solutions across asset classes including real estate and private equity investments. He has worked extensively with institutional and private clients across all continents on medium- and large-sized transactions. He has designed and implemented large scale transformation programs for corporate and financial services firms with focus on the operational resilience and governance.
Panikos is a graduate of the University College London and the London School of Economics and Political Science, and holds the Certificate of Investments (Level III) by the Institute of Securities and Investments in the UK, and the Advanced-level Certificate by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. Through his career he worked in London for BNP Paribas, Barclays Capital and Citigroup, and for Deloitte in Cyprus as Partner in the Risk & Wealth Advisory Services. Before joining PGA Group, Panikos served from the position of the CEO of a family office with diverse portfolio of investments in multiple sectors. From 2018 until 2024, Panikos served as the Vice-Chair of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association.
George Campanellas
MBA, MA, BA
George is an executive with a wide range of skills and high exposure to the international business and investment environment gained from the various demanding positions throughout his career. Extensive experience in working directly with international investors to land foreign direct investment in growth sectors of the Cyprus economy, including tourism & hospitality, energy, healthcare, education, real estate while acted as the project manager for the development of large-scale infrastructure projects, such as the Casino Resort City of Dreams...
During his tenure as the CEO of Invest Cyprus, from 2018 to 2023, George designed and implemented the new strategy for attracting international technology companies and foreign direct investment to the country. Under his leadership, Cyprus gained 50 places in Global FDI Index and was ranked 3rd globally in the 2022 Post Pandemic Recovery Index. He designed and executed a business development strategy for new markets and established business ties with sovereign funds, family offices and institutional investors within the EMEA region.

Throughout his career he worked in Brussels for the European Commission on national and European M&A projects, and the Ministers of Health, Energy, Commerce, Industry and Tourism of Cyprus.
George holds a Bachelor of International and European Economic Studies, master degrees in Oil & Gas and Energy Management and an MBA. Over his career, he participated in numerous international conferences as a keynote speaker and panelist, while has led more than 300 international business development activities and deployed budget exceeding €10m. In 2021 George was elected as the Director for Eastern Europe and a Board Member of the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (Geneva).
